Adoption of Income Statements and Balance Sheets and appropriation of profitsThe Parent Company and Consolidated Income Statements and Balance Sheets were adopted. The Meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal by the Board of Directors, to approve the payment of a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 8.25 per share and that Wednesday, 2 May 2018 will be the record date for dividends.
