Bonava has concluded an agreement for the acquisition of land from the Municipality of Greve outside Copenhagen at a price of approximately SEK 95 million. There are plans to build about 122 apartments and 134 single-family houses in the area. The project is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2019 and the first residents are expected to move in during the fourth quarter of 2020.

- The acquisition is in line with our strategy to increase our market share in Copenhagen and the surrounding area. Greve is an attractive area where we can play a part in continuing to develop happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The area is located about 30 minutes southwest of Copenhagen city centre. Good transportation links, green areas and shops are located close to the neighbourhood.
