The board of Transparency International Sweden has resolved to appoint Bonava to its Corporate Supporters Forum. The aim of the forum is to improve knowledge sharing among large Swedish companies to prevent corruption and promote transparency, accountability and integrity.

“We are proud to have been appointed to Transparency International Sweden’s Corporate Supporters Forum. This is recognition of our long-term efforts to promote good ethics and transparency. The fight against corruption must never come to a standstill,” says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO, Bonava.

Since Bonava was founded in 2016, the company has worked strategically to ensure good business ethics and transparency. Proactive efforts are carried out every year to prevent the occurrence of corruption, and the company has control functions in place to ensure regulatory compliance.

Since 2011, Transparency International Sweden has provided a platform to facilitate the work of Swedish companies in the area of transparency. This is aimed at large Swedish companies that have experience of international operations, often in environments with a high risk of corruption. Participation in the Corporate Supporters Forum demonstrates a clear standpoint and commitment in the fight against corruption. With the inclusion of Bonava, the business forum now consists of twenty large Swedish companies, such as H&M, Volvo Cars and Handelsbanken, all of which work proactively to promote transparency, business ethics and integrity.
