Bonava appoints Peter Wallin as new President and CEO
The board of Bonava has appointed Peter Wallin as the new President and CEO. Peter Wallin will take up his position no later than 1 February 2021 and will succeed Joachim Hallengren, who according to previous information will leave his position.
Peter Wallin has extensive experience from various leading positions in construction and project development. He was employed by Skanska AB for almost 20 years until 2018 and served as CFO for the Group during the period 2011 to 2018. For a period in parallel with the CFO role, Peter was line manager with responsibility for Skanska's construction operations in the United Kingdom, Poland and the Czech Republic. During his time at Skanska Sweden, Peter was responsible for project development of commercial projects and housing. For the past two years, Peter has been CFO of Ratos and responsible for the Construction business area. Since February 2020, he has been the acting chairman of the board of the Norwegian construction company HENT.
