The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognized in profit in the fourth quarter of 2019.

- With this transaction, we are playing a part in the further development of Vantaa city centre into a vibrant neighborhood. The area will feature rental apartments and condominiums. This sale and the project are aligned with our strategy to develop more rental apartments in Finland, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The area is located close to the commuter line train station, with Helsinki city centre and the airport situated only a short distance away. Supermarkets, schools and green areas are also located near the apartments.
