Bonava carries out investor transaction and sells 74 rental apartments in Västerås

Bonava is selling a housing project in Västerås to the housing company Rikshem. The transaction comprises 74 rental apartments with a total floor space of just under 3,600 square metres divided between two buildings. The price is SEK 143 million and the project will be recognised in profit after completion in the fourth quarter of 2020.

Öster Mälarstrand is a neighbourhood that combines good architecture with climate-smart solutions. The area is being transformed into a new and attractive residential area with nature, parks, a plaza, businesses, a school and preschool, and a lively port environment where people can meet.
