Bonava carries out investor transaction and sells 75 apartments in Finland

On 20 December 2017, Bonava carried out an investor transaction in Vantaa, Finland. The purchaser was the investor ICECAPITAL Housing Fund IV Ky and the transaction encompassed 75 rental apartments.

- This transaction is aligned with our strategy to develop additional rental projects and investor sales in Finland and our other markets, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The area in which the rental project is located has good transport links to Vantaa city centre and Helsinki Airport. The apartments are situated near schools, cinemas, stores and green areas.

The project will be regarded as sold in 2017 and will be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2019.
