Bonava initiates production of 30 affordable homes in Haninge

Bonava is initiating the production of 30 housing units in Haninge, Stockholm. This is the second phase in the area that will ultimately encompass approximately 110 homes. The first housing units from this phase are expected to be handed over to the customer in the first quarter of 2021.

–  Offering Nordic Swan Ecolabeled homes measuring 101 square metres for SEK 2,750,000 just outside Stockholm is in line with our strategy to develop affordable housing for people on a normal income, says Fredrik Hemborg, Business Area President, Bonava Sweden.

The neighbourhood in question is family-friendly and is located close to nature areas in a garden city. The project will also feature spaces that promote social interaction, such as a play area and a barbecue area in the courtyard. Västerhaninge Center and its shops, transportation links and Årsta beach are all within cycling distance.
