Bonava initiates sale of 30 affordable homes in Haninge

Bonava is initiating the sale of 30 housing units in Haninge, Stockholm. This is the second of three phases in the area that will ultimately encompass approximately 110 homes. It is estimated that the first housing units will be handed over to customers in the first quarter of 2021.

The neighbourhood in question is family-friendly and is located close to nature areas and a charming garden city. The project will also feature spaces that promote social interaction, such as a play area and a barbecue area in the courtyard. Västerhaninge Center and its shops, transportation links and Årsta beach are all within cycling distance.

Sales will start on bonava.se at 6:00 p.m. on 17 November.
