Bonava initiates sale of 62 houses in Kareby, Kungälv

Bonava is initiating the sale of 62 houses just north of Kungälv, Sweden. It is estimated that the first housing units will be handed over to the customer starting in the fourth quarter of 2021.

- Based on Bonava’s customer insights, we will start off this first phase of 62 homes with different types of ownership in order to create homes and a happy neighbourhood where people have the highest quality of life. The neighbourhood will be inspired by a rural idyll and have a modern village feel, featuring playgrounds, barbecue areas, and a shared premises for events, says Fredrik Hemborg, Business Unit President, Bonava Sweden.

Bonava is planning to create a total of 167 housing units in the area, in several stages, comprising both owner-occupied and tenant-owner units. The Kareby Äng block is an entirely new residential area located close to the forest, sea and lakes.
