As a consequence of the governmental decisions imposed on all of Bonava’s markets for the purpose of limiting the spread of infection from the coronavirus, the company believes there is an increased risk of disruptions to operations. Bonava has therefore decided on short-time working for offices in Sweden.

–  Reducing working hours for our office employees in Sweden is one measure among many we have chosen to implement in order to increase flexibility going forward, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The plan is to reduce working hours to 40 per cent for the greater share of salaried employees, and will affect both the Group functions and the Swedish organisation. Bonava is conducting a dialogue with representatives of the unions affected.
