Bonava publish restated comparative numbers due to the divestment of St. Petersburg
Bonava announced on the 7th of October that we have entered into an agreement to divest Bonava’s subsidiaries in Russia. As a result, the St. Petersburg operations will be reported as discontinued operations from the third quarter 2022. Restated comparative numbers have been published on Bonavas website.
In the third quarter 2022 the result of the operations in St. Petersburg will be reported as result from discontinued operations. Bonava Group financial data for prior periods have been restated showing group figures without the St. Petersburg operations. For the full year 2017-2021 consolidated income statement, consolidated cash flow statement and selected key figures have been restated showing Bonava group figures without the St. Petersburg operations. Furthermore, we have published restated comparative numbers for the consolidated income statement and selective key figures on a quarterly basis for the year 2021 and for the first two quarters of 2022.
