Bonava sells 121 rental apartments in Copenhagen, Denmark

Bonava is selling 121 rental apartments in Österbro, Copenhagen, to the real estate company Hines, who have acquired the asset on behalf of the Hines pan-European Core Fund (HECF). The project is expected to be recognised in profit and transferred to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2021.

–  Rental apartments account for an important part of our business and the sale in aligned with our strategy. The neighbourhood and the area are attractively located, close to the city centre, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO, Bonava.

In total, Bonava is planning 153 homes with different forms of tenure in the Trikotageparken project. Large green areas, transportation links, schools and other services are located nearby.
