Bonava is selling 154 Nordic Swan ecolabelled rental apartments in Sollentuna, Stockholm, to NREP. The transaction is valued at SEK 431 million and is contingent upon the issue of a building permit. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2023. Occupancy will occur gradually as of the third quarter of the same year.

– There is immense interest in our attractive rental housing projects. We are delighted that this transaction will enable us to contribute to the development of the attractive Väsjön area and to build additional rental apartments in Stockholm, says Fredrik Hemborg, Business Unit President, Bonava Sweden.

The neighbourhood is located by the Väsjö torg district, which is an area under development and situated close to schools, services and the surrounding nature by the Väsjöbacken ski slope and Väsjön lake. The Municipality of Sollentuna aims to create 4000 housing units around Väsjön lake.
