Bonava sells 232 apartments in Berlin

Bonava is selling a rental project in Berlin to the property company INDUSTRIA. The transaction encompasses 232 rental apartments and the price amounts to 50 MEUR. The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit during the second quarter of 2021.

- Berlin is growing and we’re part of it, developing affordable homes. The location of this neighbourhood in the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district offers proximity to the city centre, schools and green areas, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

Bonava has already begun preparations for creating the new Märkische Allee neighbourhood, which will include 579 residential units, of which 376 will be rental units.
