Bonava sells 50 rental apartments in Helsinki
Bonava is selling 50 rental apartments in Helsinki, Finland, to eQ Residential Fund. The transaction amounts to EUR 12 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the first quarter of 2023.
– We are very happy to continue our cooperation with eQ now in a new residential area in eastern Helsinki. After starting this project, we will have 300 homes in production in the area, and all in all, we plan to build approximately 550 homes. When completed, this neighbourhood with its special brass-shining facades will become a visible landmark in the area, says Riku Patokoski, Business Unit President, Bonava Finland.
The neighbourhood in question is located in Vuosaari, east Helsinki, a short walk from the sea, where the beach and the natural environment enable outdoor activities. The area is also close to a shopping centre, schools, and public transportation.
Sitadelli 3 is the third phase of a neighbourhood where Bonava is planning just over 550 housing units. The area is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
