Bonava sells 52 rental apartments in Espoo, Finland

Bonava sells a rental project in Espoo, Finland, to the investor ICECAPITAL. The sold project consists of 52 rental apartments. The transaction is expected to be recognized for profit in the third quarter of 2020. 

- This transaction strengthens our position with respect to the continued development of well-planned and attractive neighbourhoods in Espoo. The sale and the project are aligned with our strategy to develop more rental apartments in Finland, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The project is situated close to convenient transport links to the city centre, with green areas, shops and schools also located nearby.
