Bonava sells 53 rental apartments in Helsinki
Bonava is selling 53 rental apartments in Helsinki, Finland, to the investor Sirius Capital Partners. The transaction amounts to EUR 16 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the second quarter of 2023.
– We started the collaboration with Sirius Capital Partners in 2021 when they entered the residential sector. We are now very pleased to conclude our second contract with them, says Riku Patokoski, Business Unit President, Bonava Finland.
The neighbourhood in question is located in Vuosaari, east Helsinki, a short walk from the sea, where the beach and the natural environment enable outdoor activities. The area is also close to a shopping centre, schools, and public transportation.
Sitadelli 4 is the fourth phase of a neighbourhood where Bonava is planning a total of 550 housing units. The area is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
