Bonava sells 62 rental apartments in Hamburg
Bonava is selling 62 rental apartments and a preschool in Hamburg, Germany, to Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate. The housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the second quarter of 2024.
– Wedel is an increasingly popular area of Hamburg, a city in which there is a lack of new homes. That is why we are converting the previous site of a petrol station into a green, sustainable neighbourhood for all generations, says Sabine Helterhoff, Business Unit President, Bonava Germany.
The project consists of two apartment blocks and a preschool in the Wedeler Tor area. The neighbourhood is just outside Hamburg and part of “Wedeler Tor”, where Bonava has plans to build a total of 135 housing units.
