Bonava sells 66 rental apartments in Turku, Finland

Bonava has sold 66 rental apartments in Turku (Åbo), Finland, to Sirius Capital Partners. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2022.

– We are delighted to do our first cooperation with Sirius Capital Partners which will enable us to contribute to the development of the attractive Kirstinpuisto area and to build additional rental apartments in Turku, says Riku Patokoski, Business Unit President, Bonava Finland.

A growing residential area, Kirstinpuisto is centrally located with good public transportation, a strong offering of services and urban greenery. In total, Bonava plans to construct 1,400 housing units in Kirstinpuisto and the production start of the project marks the beginning of the construction of Bonava’s fourth multi-family housing block in the area.
