Bonava sells 75 rental apartments in Turku
Bonava is selling 75 rental apartments in Turku, Finland, to the investor eQ. The housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the second quarter of 2024.
– We are delighted to sell this rental project in Turku. This is the seventh project in the neighbourhood that we will construct – a building with Energy Class A performance. Kirstinpuisto is our largest project in Finland, where we are developing a total of 1,400 housing units, says Riku Patokoski, Business Unit President Bonava Finland.
A growing residential area, Kirstinpuisto is centrally located with good public transportation, a strong offering of services and urban greenery. In total, Bonava plans to construct 1,400 housing units in Kirstinpuisto and the production start of this project marks the beginning of the construction of Bonava’s seventh multi-family housing block in the area.
