Bonava sells a total of 137 rental apartments in Finland
Bonava is selling 76 rental apartments in Turku, Finland, to the investor Taaleri and 61 rental apartments in Tampere to the investor eQ. The transactions amount to EUR 27 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2023.

Kirstinpuisto, a growing residential area in Turku, is centrally located with good public transportation, a strong offering of services and urban greenery. In total, Bonava plans to construct 1,400 housing units in Kirstinpuisto and the production start of this project marks the beginning of the construction of Bonava’s sixth multi-family housing block in the area.
Bonava is planning to create a neighbourhood of approximately 200 homes over time in Havu, Tampere. The new residential area is being built in Hervanta, with good transport links to central Tampere, such as the city’s new tramcar line. There are services, schools and a preschool within one kilometre and the area is close to Tampere University. The current project is being built to comply with the requirements for energy class A, which means that features such as solar cells will be installed.
