Bonava sells a total of 88 rental apartments in Helsinki and Vantaa

Bonava is selling 53 rental apartments in Helsinki and 35 rental apartments in Vantaa, Finland, to the investor ICECAPITAL. The transactions amount to EUR 24.9 million. The first housing units in the projects are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the third and first quarters of 2023, respectively.

In Helsinki, Bonava is developing the Lähetti 2 project, which will be a neighbourhood in the new Postipuisto residential area, with proximity to good transport links as well as services. There is also access to green spaces as well as athletic and cultural activities in the area. When the Lähetti neighbourhood is completed in 2024, Bonava will have built around 230 homes.

In Vantaa, just outside Helsinki, Bonava is developing the Pikkulehdokki project, which will be a neighbourhood in the Kaivoksela residential area, close to nature.
