Bonava sells rental apartments in Hamburg

Bonava is selling rental apartments in Hamburg, Germany to the property company Aachener SWG. The residential project consists of 151 apartments across five blocks. The sale price amounts to approximately SEK 330 M.

- This represents our first sale to the investor Aachener SWG and is aligned with our strategy to develop additional rental projects and cultivate investor sales, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

Travel time to Hamburg is only 20-30 minutes thanks to convenient transport links. Supermarkets and schools are located nearby. Bonava is responsible for the entire process, from development and production to sale.

The project will be recognised in profit and handed over to Aachener SWG in the third quarter of 2018 and the first quarter of 2019.
