Bonava sells single-family house lots in Ursvik to Serafim Fastigheter

Bonava is selling land with building rights for a consideration of SEK 50.4 M, to Serafim Fastigheter AB, for development of single-family houses, in the Stora Ursvik area, phase 3, City of Sundbyberg, Stockholm.

When Stora Ursvik is completed in a few years’ time, Stora Ursvik will be home to more than 15,000 people. The area will have a village atmosphere, with pleasant neighborhoods for living and working that combine comfort and security with quality of life for all ages.

– We are very happy to be bringing in another operator, enabling us to quickly offer more homes with various forms of tenure in this lovely residential area. Being able to contribute to the continued development of Stora Ursvik is very gratifying, says Fredrik Hemborg, CEO of Bonava Sweden.
