Bonava is starting the production of 35 tenant-owner apartments in Ultuna, Uppsala. In total, Bonava is planning around 170 homes in several phases. The first housing units are expected to be handed over to the customer in the third quarter of 2021.

- Now we’re taking the next step towards creating Nordic Swan Ecolabeled homes in Ultuna. The project has been well-received by the market and the neighbourhood has a strong sustainability profile, with rooftop solar cells and access to electric cars, bicycles and cargo bicycles, says Fredrik Hemborg, Business Unit President, Bonava Sweden.

The Nästet block, located just south of Uppsala in Ultuna, will also feature a greenhouse and a barbecue area in the courtyard. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is located close to natural areas as well as transportation links.
