Bonava to develop new residential area in Finland

Bonava will develop a diversified ten-block residential area in the Ahjo-Kaleva region of Oulu in northern Finland. The project will comprise a total of 550 apartments.

The area will have a village atmosphere, with welcoming neighbourhoods that combine comfort and security with quality of life for all ages. Schools, supermarkets and green areas will be within walking distance of the residential area.

The City of Oulu has the fastest growing population in Finland. Many of those moving to the region are young, educated people taking the next steps in their lives. The development of high-quality, affordable housing, like this project in Oulu, plays a crucial role in the realisation of Bonavas vision of creating homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life.
