Bonava to donate a quarter million SEK to SOS Children's Villages

Bonava’s 1,600 employees have chosen to donate this year’s Christmas gift of a quarter million Swedish krona to SOS Children's Villages. Instead of giving out Christmas gifts to employees, Bonava has prioritised a donation to an organisation that helps people in need.

- Last year, we began a new tradition at Bonava. Instead of Christmas gifts to all our employees, we donated the money to people in need, around the world. SOS Children's Villages has great credibility and knowledge as regards tangible help for people in need. No-one can do everything, but everyone can do something, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

To decide on a joint Christmas gift, Bonava arranged for all 1,600 employees to vote on which organisation would receive the donation for 2017. SOS Children's Villages is an organisation that has been active since 1949 and operates in 135 countries.
