Strong interest in new sales starts by Bonava

The recent start of sales in three Bonava projects around the country was met with strong interest from customers. Öbacka Strand in Umeå, Gretas glänta in Sigtuna and Kvillebäcken in Gothenburg all attracted many visitors interested in the homes. The projects involve a total of 157 apartments distributed among the three locations.

“The locations clearly reflect Bonava’s focus on creating comfortable homes and neighborhoods where it is easy to maintain a sustainable lifestyle. The buildings are resource-efficient and built with consideration for the local residents and the environment. For us, the customer’s wishes are our most central consideration,” says Fredrik Hemborg, Busines Unit Manager at Bonava Sweden.

The significant feature of the sales starts was that they were full of activity and vibrancy. The customers were very interested in everything from location and prices to layout and interiors. The housing units comprise studios and apartments of up to four rooms and are expected to be ready for occupancy in the second half of 2018.
