Strong interest in sales start of affordable row houses in Nedersta

The recent start of sales by Bonava of row houses in Nedersta, Västerhaninge south of Stockholm, was met with strong interest from customers. As many as 25 homes were reserved shortly after the first viewing. This phase of the development comprises a total of 58 row houses and semi-detached houses of between 92 and 123 square metres.

This is the third phase in the area where Bonava has built about 80 homes to date. Residents have moved into all housing units from the earlier phases. The row houses in this phase of the development are expected to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2020.
