Substantial demand for Bonava’s popular houses in Årstiderna, Västerhaninge
Recently, Bonava started the sale of row houses and detached houses in the popular Årstiderna area in Nedersta, Västerhaninge. Some 200 people attended the sale start to view the show home and to have an opportunity to see how their future home could look. A few days later, all of the houses were reserved.
- Bonava wants to create homes and happy neighborhoods where people have the highest quality of life. It is very gratifying to see that customers continue to appreciate our offering and that all of our houses in Årstiderna in Västerhaninge have been reserved, says Fredrik Hemborg, Business Unit Manager at Bonava Sweden.
All of the houses carry the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which guarantees minimal environmental impact. This provides both a superior indoor climate and lower energy consumption that is better for the environment and more economical. The houses have between four and five rooms and a kitchen, are 93 to 123 square meters and are expected to be ready for occupancy in spring 2018.
50 houses have previously been sold in the area by Bonava.
