Bonava has concluded an agreement for the acquisition of land in the Minde district of Bergen from the FAV Group at a price of SEK 257 million. The land is located immediately adjacent to the Bergen Dairy, which Bonava acquired in 2017. The area is scheduled to be completed in 2027, and contain 350 apartments.

-        This land acquisition is in line with our ambition to further increase our presence in Bergen. The area around Minde is attractive, and we can now play a significant role in continued development there. This project will clearly indicate our vision for developing homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The neighbourhood is located just five minutes from Bergen city centre, with good public transportation. Schools, businesses and green spaces are all in the vicinity.

Bonava will gain access to the land in two stages. The first stage is scheduled to take place in the second quarter of 2018, and Bonava is expected to gain access to the second portion in the second quarter of 2024.
