Bonava sells 75 rental apartments in Turku, Finland

Bonava is selling a rental project in Turku, Finland, to the investor ICECAPITAL Housing Fund V. The transaction encompasses 75 rental apartments in the new Kirstinpuisto residential area in Turku, Finland. The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2021.

–  We are continuing to grow in Turku through the development of well-planned rental apartments in an attractive central location. Ensuring that investors account for 30 per cent of our sales is an important part of realising our strategy, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

A growing residential area, Kirstinpuisto is centrally located with good public transportation, a strong offering of services and planted areas that contribute greenery to this otherwise urban district.
