Bonava has appointed Lars Granlöf as new CFO and member of Bonava’s Executive Management, and he will assume the position not later than 1 January 2021. Prior to this, he held various CFO roles in companies including Saab AB and Gambro AB.

“I am very pleased to welcome Lars to Bonava. His solid and extensive background as CFO in major companies will make an important contribution to the Executive Management and to our strategic work going forward,” says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

Following a long and eventful career, including 13 years as CFO of NCC, Ann-Sofi Danielsson has decided to retire. She was appointed CFO of Bonava when the company was spun off from NCC in 2016.

“Ann-Sofi’s extensive experience and solid expertise have been highly valuable during this intensive period when Bonava has operated as a listed company. I wish to thank her for her outstanding work and cooperation,” says Joachim Hallengren.

Ann-Sofi Danielsson will step down as CFO when Lars Granlöf takes up his new duties.
