Change in number of shares and votes in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ)
Lund, Sweden, 12:00 pm CET, 31 March 2020 – BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ), an emerging leader in orthobiologics for the management of bone injuries, today announced a change in the number of shares and votes. During March, the number of shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ) has increased with 760,000 and the number of votes has increased with 103,000 due to the direct share issue and repurchase of 730,000 series C shares as communicated on 2 March 2020; and due to the exercise of warrants. As of 31 March 2020, the number of shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ) amounts to 53,888,740 shares, of which 52,653,740 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,235,000 are series C shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The number of votes in the company amounts to 52,777,240 votes.
