Bong AB is considering issuing a new Bond

Bong AB (publ) (the "Company") today announces that, in order to refinance its current bond, the Company is considering issuing a new senior secured bond, subject to market conditions.
The Company has mandated ABG Sundal Collier AB to arrange a series of investor meetings in respect of the contemplated issuance of the new bond. The issuance of the new bond is expected to take place during the coming months.
