Bong cancels repurchased notes
Bong AB (publ) (“Bong”) has previously announced that it has repurchased own corporate outstanding notes (with ISIN SE0016829642) on the market. In total, repurchases for a nominal amount of SEK 58 million have been made. These repurchases have been financed with a bank loan and therefore Bong now cancels the repurchased notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the notes originally dated 8 October 2021 and as amended on 1 October 2024.
Thus, the outstanding nominal amount of the bond is SEK 52 million.
