Bong AB (publ) (“Bong”) has previously announced that, in order to refinance its current notes, Bong intends to issue new senior secured notes in combination with a bank loan. The company has during the past 18 months made repurchases to the nominal amount of SEK 34.75 million (the “Repurchased Notes”). In connection with the maturity of the current notes, Bong therefore cancels the Repurchased Notes for administrative reasons.

Nordic Trustee and Agency AB (publ), agent under the current notes, has agreed to waive certain terms for the current notes to enable the cancellation of the Repurchased Notes. The cancellation will not affect any noteholders’ right to repayment on the final maturity date.
