Bong’s largest shareholder, Stephane Hamelin, new Chairman of the board.

Since the merger between Bong and Hamelin’s envelope division in 2010, Stephane Hamelin, with his long operative experience, has played an increasingly important role in the Board of Bong. Groupe Hamelin is also the single largest owner in Bong with 24.8 percent of the shares.

The major shareholders in Bong therefore consider it as a natural strengthening that Stephane Hamelin takes over the role as Chairman of the Board after the annual general shareholders’ meeting. The current Chairman, Mikael Ekdahl, will continue to serve as a Director of the Board.
