Black Friday executed in line with high expectations on Boozt.com

Black Friday was, yet again, executed in line with our high expectations. The technical on-site performance, including response time and peak-traffic handling, as well as the fulfilment and distribution were of superior quality according to our benchmarking and as indicated by the high customer satisfaction.

“With a healthy stock composition going into Black Friday, we had a strong offering of relevant items to both our existing customers and the more than 35.000 new customers we welcomed on Black Friday and the “Black Friday early access” on Thursday”, says CEO at Boozt, Hermann Haraldsson.

Some 70.000 Black Friday orders were distributed by Saturday, with all remaining Black Friday orders sent no later than Monday.

“I am happy with the performance on Black Friday which again demonstrates the organisations ability to step up to the challenge and continue to deliver on the increasing expectations. With a Net Promoter Score of around 70 during Black Friday weekend, I can see that our customers are also happy, which bodes well for the continued growth of the company.”, says Hermann Haraldsson.

The outlook for 2018, as stated in the announcement on 21 November 2018, is unchanged.
