Black Friday successfully executed

A strong stock composition supported by a high number of campaign buys were key to a successful Black Friday weekend on both revenue and margin. The expectations were met or exceeded in all areas of the business.

Most Black Friday orders were shipped by Saturday, while all Black Friday orders were out during Sunday.

“I am especially pleased to see the strong performance of our fulfilment centre, where our newly developed robot management system performed flawless and allowed for a 30% increased productivity compared to last year. It bodes well for future productivity gains in the fulfilment operations”, says Hermann Haraldsson.

The outlook for 2019, as stated in the announcement on 14 November 2019, is unchanged.
