Changes in the board of directors in Boozt AB (publ)

As described in the listing prospectus, Charlotte Svensson has assumed her board position in Boozt AB (publ) as of today. Charlotte Svensson is elected for the period 1 August 2017 until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2018.

Charlotte Svensson replaces Bjørn Folmer Kroghsbo, who was elected for the period up until 31 July 2017.
