Brussels, April 25, 2012. Borderless has launched First100Days, a comprehensive program that supports the corporate onboarding process to help ensure the success of newly-appointed executives.

The Borderless search process continues long after the hire. With First100Days Insights, Borderless consultants maintain regular contact with new executives and their hiring manager(s) well after the executive’s appointment. Throughout the first six months, Borderless consultants help ensure that the fit is indeed a happy one for both parties. During this time, each new executive also receives a series of Borderless First100Days personalized newsletters, which include carefully selected articles and words of advice to provide support during this critical early period. Additionally, companies can select the optional First100Days Executive Coaching program to supplement the search process or as a stand-alone investment. Clients engage certified Borderless Coaches for interactive, one-to-one support during a series of six sessions in the first 100 days. The coaches provide the tools and support needed to help new executives develop optimal working relationships. “The better and faster executives manage the transition into a new role, on a professional and personal level, the better and faster the results,” explains Andrew Kris, Founding Partner, Borderless. While developing the First100Days program, Borderless conducted its own study which surveyed senior executives to understand the factors and dynamics that drive the corporate integration process.
