Interim Report 1 January - 31 March 2002 Boss Media AB (publ) · Net sales amounted to SEK 34.8 (53.1) million. Compared to the fourth quarter 2001, net sales increased by 8 percent. · The operating profit amounted to SEK 3.2 (21.9) million and the profit after financial items amounted to SEK 0.1 (22.9) million. · Adjusted for exchange rate effects and hedging, profit after financial items amounted to approximately SEK 6 (18) million. · Compared to the fourth quarter 2001 (adjusted for one-time expenses), the profit after financial items increased by approximately SEK 8 million. The Group Boss Media AB (publ) is one of the world's leading suppliers of systems for digitally distributed gaming entertainment. Potential licensees are offered a customized client-server system, an integrated payment system and the maintenance and administration services necessary for the daily operation of the licensed gaming system.
