Boss Media to deliver Poker system to one of the world’s leading online casino

Boss Media has signed an agreement with Gaming VC Holdings S.A. in which Boss Media will provide a Poker system for Casino-Club, Gaming VC’s online casino, www.casino-club.com. The agreement extends the very successful relationship Boss Media has had with Gaming VC, in which Boss Media supplies Gaming VC with gaming software, as well as operation and maintenance of the client and server software and payment processing services for Casino-Club. The latest agreement will enable Gaming VC to launch Poker gaming in July 2005. The Casino-Club Poker will be connected to the Boss Media partner based poker network, which is one of the biggest in Europe. Steve Barlow, CEO of Gaming VC, said: “This agreement represents a great opportunity for Gaming VC to further extend its gaming product offerings in Europe. Our online gaming business began with roulette and has expanded to include a suite of appealing games for our customers. By working with Boss Media to launch a Poker offering, we hope to attract an even broader range of customers with best-of-breed poker.” Gaming VC Holdings SA (AIM: GVCq.L) is a leading online casino games operator, with an annualized handle in excess of Euro 2 billion. The majority of its existing customers come from German speaking countries. The company listed on the Alternative Investment Market in December 2004.
