Björn Nordstrand has today informed the Board of Directors of Boss Media AB that he will leave
his appointment as board member prematurely. Björn Nordstrand has been a board member and chairman of Boss Media’s Board since 1998. Boss Media’s Board of Directors has appointed its board member and vice chairwoman Meg Tivéus to new chairwoman.

Björn Nordstrand chooses to resign prematurely in order to avoid any challenge with regards to possible future business transactions between Boss Media AB and its clients on one hand and Buchla Gruppen AB on the other hand. Björn Nordstrand is co-founder and partner of Buchla Gruppen AB.

“I have informed the Board of Directors that Buchla Gruppen’s products within mobile games have now reached such a degree of realization that conflicts of interest could arise. Accordingly, to be on the safe side, I have decided to resign prematurely,” says Björn Nordstrand.

After the change to the Board, Boss Media’s Board of Directors consists of Meg Tivéus (chairwoman), Jan Westholm, Thore Ohlsson and Per Thunander, until the next annual general meeting in May 2007.

“I am looking forward to the task of assuming even greater responsibility and to further develop Boss Media, which is one of the leading software companies on the international gaming market,” says Meg Tivéus, formerly President of Svenska Spel.
