Information on Stena's public tender offer

Information on Stena's public tender offer The Board of Directors of Bostads AB Drott has studied Stena's press release dated June 29, 2004 announcing its public tender offer to holders of shares and convertible promissory notes in Drott. The offer is issued by Stena Fastighetsförvaltning AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stena AB. According to the press release, Stena preliminarily expects a prospectus on the offer to be released on July 20, 2004 and that the acceptance period will extend from July 21 to August 10, 2004. The Board of Directors of Bostads AB Drott plans to come to a decision on and announce its opinion of the offer well in advance of the expiration of the acceptance period. Prior to making a decision, the Board of Directors will obtain a fairness opinion from an independent financial advisor.
