LUND, SWEDEN – 17 NOVEMBER 2021: The subscription period in BPC Instruments AB (“BPC Instruments” or “the Company”) issue of shares commenced today and will end on 1 December 2021. The subscription period runs until 1 December 2021. A fully subscribed issue of shares will provide the Company with approximately SEK 15 million before issue costs. The issue of shares has through written pre-subscription commitments been agreed upon in writing to approximately 66.6 percent. The proceeds are intended to finance activities to increase market penetration and expand current marketing activities to increase the global awareness of BPC Instruments’ products and their applications.
