BRAbank ASA: BRA-ME - Increase in share capital

Reference is made to the announcement from BRABank ASA ("BRAbank") published on 7 October 2019 regarding the results of the subsequent repair offering (the "Subsequent Offering") where BRAbank allotted 291,760 new shares (the "Offer Shares"). The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, BRAbank's share capital is NOK 495,918,558 divided into 495,918,558 shares with a par value of NOK 1 per share.
