BRAbank ASA: BRA-ME - Increase in share capital

Reference is made to prior announcements regarding a private placement with gross proceeds of NOK 65 million in BRAbank ASA ("BRAbank"). The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, BRAbank's share capital is NOK 125,183,711.60 divided into 625,918,558 shares with a par value of NOK 0.20 per share.
